![]() General Policy The General Policy works in conjunction with all other Terms & Conditions and policies. General Policy Notice: Admission Last Admission is half an hour before closing. Entry is subject to search policy; the Management reserve the right to refuse admission at anytime, without reason. Re –entry is not permitted without a wristband. No wristband – No Entry Dress code Customers must present themselves in a clean and respectable manner at all times Dirty clothing, Baseball caps, tracksuit bottoms and steel toe caps are not permitted at anytime. Age Over 18s except where specifically advertised. Proof of age maybe required. Venue operates ‘Challenge 25 Policy’ Photographic proof of ID maybe required in the form of driving licence, valid 10 year passport . Reduction in Crime Sound works closely with the local police and Pubwatch Members to reduce the number of incidents in and around the venue. Door Supervisors are in contact with all other venues along with the local CCTV operatives. Management request that all patrons leaving the premises do so in a quiet and orderly manner to minimise disturbance to local residents. Patrons will not be permitted to leave premises with alcohol. Under the influence Sound staff are trained to refuse drinks to people who appear drunk. Anyone who appears drunk will be asked to leave the premises. Sound Nightclub operates a 'CHALLENGE 25 POLICY' We are keen promoters of safe and responsible drinking and like to portray that through our staff. Drugs At Sound nightclub we operate a zero tolerance towards any illegal substances. Under no circumstances shall we permit the use, carrying or selling of any controlled substance within our venue. Anyone caught with such substances within our premises will be immediately ejected from the premises and issued a lifetime ban. Any person breaching this rule will be reported to the local police. Weapons Sound operates a zero tolerance to any weapons. Any person found in breach of this rule will be reported to the local police and issued a lifetime ban. Searching Sound’s SIA registered staff will make random searches to customers and their belongings upon entering the premises and throughout the evening. In the case of females, a female member of the security team will carry this out. If you are asked to be searched and do not wish to co-operate then entry to the premises will not be allowed. Security CCTV is in operation throughout the premises. Photography Please be aware that photographs taken within the venue may appear in advertising literature or on our website. By entering Sound you consent to your photograph being taken and being used in advertising material. Special Events Management reserve the right to change or withdraw any promotion without prior notice. |
